Ujezd pie with spicy Robi filling (in Mexican style)

Composition:

The spicy filling is made of minced Robi vegetable mixture, leeks, onion, red beans, sweet corn, tomato paste, Sambal or minced hot peppers, all purpose seasoning (Vegeta), and garlic.

These pies are of triangular shapes, sprinkled with white sesame.

The pies are delivered in retail by the piece, and like any other pastry are intended for immediate consumption.

The pie is a winner of 2012 South Moravian Regional Food award in Bakery products category.
