Robi Carpaccio

Robi carpaccio is seasoned with olive oil, Jalapeño peppers, lime, four-color pepper, and sprinkled with parmesan cheese. It is unique in that it contains no raw meat, generally considered quite risky, but the heat-processed preparation was used instead, so it is completely safe for consumption. Serve with grilled baguette and herb butter spread.

Composition:

Robi (water, wheat protein, beetroot, salt, natural caramel colouring), olive oil, Jalapeño, limes, four-color pepper, Parmesan cheese.
