Robi slices with blue cheese

4 pcs Robi slices

80 g of grated Niva extra blue cheese
1 large red onion
2 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon of sugar


Cut each Robi slice carefully lengthwise into two halves.  
Peel the onion, cut into rings and fry them gently in a pan with oil until they are glassy. Add sugar and stir until they start to caramelise.
Sprinkle one half of the slice with the cheese, add the onion rings and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Cover up with the second half of the slice, squeeze together and grill each side for 5 minutes. A contact grill is suitable. Can be served with various kinds of  dressings.
